Article 1 – Structure of Non-Headspace Governance

Section 1: Vessel Senate Authority

The Vessel Senate shall serve as the primary legislative body governing all non-Headspace affairs, including but not limited to:
  • Regulation of Headspace Travel
  • Definition and enforcement of Outsider Protections
  • Authorization or limitation of Vessel-related decisions

Section 2: Vessel Tribunal Jurisdiction

The Vessel Tribunal shall act as the judicial authority over all non-Headspace matters. It is tasked with:
  • Resolving disputes between government agencies
  • Overseeing violations of non-Headspace law
  • Hearing petitions or formal cases involving travel bans, legal interpretation, or Outsider-System conflict

Section 3: Vessel Security Agency (VSA)

The Vessel Security Agency shall operate as a separate and independent enforcement authority, tasked with:
  • Protecting the Vessel and its internal integrity
  • Enforcing law passed by the Vessel Senate
  • Managing high-risk classifications, including blacklists, injunctions, and emergency orders

Section 4: Travel Advisory Committee

The Travel Advisory Committee shall operate under the oversight of the Vessel Senate. It maintains two boards:
  • System Board, rating Outside Systems for travel advisories
  • Internal Board, rating locations within the System
The Committee provides guidance to Outsiders regarding system safety and stability.

Article 2 – Disbanding of Redundant Agencies

Section 1: Agency Dissolution

The Reality Commission and Narrator Council are hereby dissolved as official government entities.
  • Their past rulings shall remain archived but shall no longer hold legislative or judicial authority within the System.

Section 2: ALIGNMENT Clause

Despite their dissolution, due to the nature of ALIGNMENT’s foundational systems, the Vessel Senate is permanently barred from creating any law that attempts to control or absorb ALIGNMENT or its narrative functions.

Article 3 – Foundational Law Integration

Section 1: Equality and Outsider Protections

  • All Outsiders shall possess equal rights and freedoms within the System, including in political, social, and economic participation.
  • Local jurisdictions retain authority to enforce their laws equally on Outsiders and Alters.

Section 2: Protection of Minors

  • Minors are prohibited from entering scenarios deemed traumatizing or sexual unless verified as 18+.
  • Violations result in immediate travel bans until proof of age is provided.
  • This will not apply to Outsider Alters who are minors, solely to Singlets or Vessels under 18.

Section 3: Protection of Vessel Information

  • No individual may release Vessel-related photos, location data, or personal connections without approval by a 75% majority vote of the Vessel Senate.

Section 4: Regulation of Outsider Knowledge

  • Outsiders are prohibited from sharing information their Placeholder should not possess.
  • Penalties may include bans of up to 2 years, as determined by the Tribunal.

Section 5: Restrictions on Narrator Conduct

  • Narrators, if present, may not reveal information that grants tactical advantage or interfere in Alter affairs.

Section 6: Designated Earth Crimes for Exile

  • Crimes committed on Earth such as pedophilia, bestiality, necrophilia, rape, murder, and battery may be used to justify exile from the System, if proven in Tribunal.

Section 7: External Entity Ownership

  • Outside nations, organizations, individuals, factions, and the like may own property or run organizations, factions, nations, or the like within the System if they follow established laws.

Section 8: Invitation Restrictions

  • Only individuals with an Invitation Distribution Pass may invite new members to Iron Front affiliated platforms.

Section 9: Medicalist and Front Supremacy Prohibitions

  • Systems promoting purely medical interpretations of plurality are banned from all forms of interaction.
  • No government body may favor Front Compatible individuals over Non-Front Compatible individuals.

Section 10: Discord Control and Oversight

  • The Host maintains server control but may be overridden by the Vessel Senate.
  • The Host may not obstruct rulings, and their powers may be revoked partially or fully for cause.
